Our philosophy and integrity has remained consistent throughout the years, and we have set/maintained high standards for performance. Our work encompasses a variety of building and structure types and represents a continuous record of accomplishments.

Sedgewick + Ferweda was founded in 1958 as Sedgewick & Associates. The firm has transitioned over the years from Sedgewick & Associates, to Sedgewick & Sellers, and Waterstreet Design, P.C.
Our goal is to provide you with the utmost in service quality and support your ideals of building practices.
