Ryan Maxwell, MBA, MMM, is an established Project and Customer Experience Lead in the seafood industry, currently managing multiple ERP implementation projects at Sedna Technologies. Ryan has a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, enterprise resource planning, and supply chain optimization, demonstrated through roles at Cooke Inc. and Fisheries and Oceans Canada. With a Master’s in Marine Management and an MBA, Ryan is committed to enhancing user experience and operational efficiency while contributing to the Blue Economy.
