Mechanical Engineering Manager at Sedron Technologies

Molly Lie has been working in the engineering field since 2018. In 2018, they were a Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Computing in Engineering course at Tufts University Department of Engineering, where they focused on using MATLAB as a tool for engineers. Molly led lab sections, assisted students with code and conceptual understanding during lab, worked one-on-one with students during office hours, and evaluated student assignments for coding style, correctness, and clarity. In 2019, they worked as a Learning Assistant for the Thermodynamics course at Tufts University Department of Mechanical Engineering. In this role, they attended class sections to aid students in problem-solving sessions, planned and prepared problems with the professor and other learning assistants to support student learning, and completed readings and discussions in a weekly pedagogy seminar with the other learning assistants. Currently, Molly Lie is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Sedron Technologies.

Molly Lie attended International Baccalaureate from 2013 to 2016 and earned an IB Diploma Programme. Molly then attended Tufts University from 2016 to 2020 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
