Ben Vaux

Ben Vaux serves as the Tax Director at Sedulo since August 2025, leveraging extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory services. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at Grant Thornton UK LLP from June 2018 to August 2025, including Associate Director and Senior Tax Manager. Ben's professional journey includes significant tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where responsibilities spanned from Tax Manager to Associate, focusing on both corporate tax and personal tax returns. An interim in-house tax manager role at NG Bailey from December 2015 to June 2016 involved overseeing corporate tax compliance and year-end reporting, alongside addressing diverse tax matters such as VAT and employment taxes. Ben Vaux graduated with a BA(Hons) in Music from the University of York in 2006 and developed foundational knowledge in Economics, Maths, and Music at The Oratory School.
