O'Brien founded Mantis Consulting in October 2019, serving as a Senior Advisor to the C-Suite until October 2025. Currently, O'Brien holds the position of Birmingham Office Managing Partner at Sedulo. Prior to Mantis Consulting, O'Brien took a sabbatical after over 25 years at PwC, where O'Brien was a Partner from September 1993 to April 2019, specializing in capital markets and audit across diverse industries and geographies.
