Robert Menkhorst is a Digital Transformation Leader with expertise in IT strategy, program delivery, and Salesforce implementation. They served as the Programme Manager for Salesforce at ARAG from 2020 to 2022, overseeing the implementation of a new Policy Management System and claims handling processes.
