At SeeBeyondBorders we believe change begins with education, and we think that quality teaching and learning should be available to everyone. We work in primary schools in Cambodia, a country still recovering from the destruction of its education system under the Khmer Rouge. COVID-19 made a bad situation worse with schools closed for over a year. 

In partnership with local communities we sustainably improve education standards by training teachers, getting children to school and developing better learning environments.

We are an internationally award-winning organisation and the ONLY charity in Cambodia to have been awarded the UNESCO Hamdan Prize for 'Outstanding Practice and Performance in Enhancing the Effectiveness of Teachers'.
