Shanderry Elevator & Escalator Consultants (SEEC Group) is a leading European independent consultancy specialising in vertical transportation systems, including lifts, escalators, and moving walkways.

Asset Management sits at the core of SEEC Group’s services. We act on behalf of asset owners, operators, and facility managers to optimise life‑cycle cost, reduce operational and capital expenditure, and improve long‑term asset performance.

SEEC Group currently manages and advises on more than 3,000 vertical transportation assets across Europe, supporting both existing buildings and new developments. Over the past 15 years, our team has delivered over 600 projects, ranging from technical advisory and modernisation programmes to compliance audits and lifecycle asset planning.

Our involvement continues well beyond project completion, with ongoing maintenance management, performance and compliance audits, condition assessments, and long‑term modernisation and replacement planning based on whole‑life cost principles.

Headquartered in Ireland, SEEC Group operates as a pan‑European consultancy, with offices and engineering resources across Ireland, the United Kingdom, France, Sweden, and Spain, delivering consistent technical standards while remaining responsive to local regulatory requirements.
