Rose Ansara is currently the Department Director of Transition Services at SEEC, where they continue to advocate for diversity and empowerment within marginalized communities. With a background that includes serving as the Program Director for Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals at East River Family Strengthening Collaborative, Rose has demonstrated a commitment to inclusive practices. They previously held roles as a Signing Service Coordinator and an intern at Deaf-REACH. Rose has also gained experience as an intern and program facilitator at Formed Families Forward. They are pursuing a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences at George Mason University, focusing on Family Health, Well-Being, and Public Policy.
