Stephanie Snyder

Stephanie Snyder is currently the CFO at SEEC. Prior to that, they served as Chief Financial Officer (Internal Director of Quality) at EdOps from November 2012 to July 2021. In that role, they oversaw all financial activities for a portfolio of schools, including financial reporting to the board of directors, financial programmatic strategy, and revenue and expense modeling. Stephanie also served as Director of Quality, responsible for managing a team of Financial Specialists and ensuring the execution of high-quality work. Stephanie designed a quality control process that required iteration and trained other leaders to be able to execute on the well-tested design. Prior to EdOps, Stephanie was a MBA Graduate Consultant at the International Center for Research on Women from March 2012 to April 2012 and at Uplift Education from June 2011 to August 2011.

Stephanie Snyder's educational career began with a BBA in Corporate Finance from East Tennessee State University. Stephanie then pursued an MBA in International Development from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Her studies included a semester abroad at Utrecht University.

A direct report to Stephanie Snyder is and Eric Schwab - Finance Director. They are on a team with Nancy Walker - HR Director, Nancy Eaby - Program Director, Project SEARCH, and Steve Blanks - Director, Partnerships. Their manager is Karen Lee, Executive Director.
