Tess Kasunic

Tess Kasunic is an experienced Operations Manager at SEEC, where responsibilities include managing employment metrics systems, maintaining compliance with funding agency requirements, and supporting Project SEARCH teams in the implementation of person-centered processes. Prior experience includes working as a Registered Behavioral Health Technician at Ally Behavior Centers, delivering Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy to young children. Additional roles include serving as a Panhellenic Delegate at Chi Omega Fraternity and coaching at Darnestown Swim & Racquet Club. Tess holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Gettysburg College, obtained in 2022.
