John Wakeley

John Wakeley is a highly experienced legal and technical professional with a diverse background in patent law and engineering. With over a decade of experience as an Associate at firms such as Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto and McCarter & English, LLP, John has developed expertise in intellectual property. Currently serving as a Partner and Patent Attorney at Seed IP Law Group since January 2022, John has also held roles as a Technical Adviser at Morgan & Finnegan and as an Electronics Engineer at the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command. John holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Monmouth University, a Master of Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, a Doctor of Law from Seton Hall Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.
