Niels Eike

Niels Eike has a strong background in technology services and support. Niels worked as the Director Of Technology Services at Seed IP Law Group from 2014 onwards. Prior to that, they were the Director of Technology Support at Realty in Motion from 2012 to 2014, where they led a team of IT personnel and acted as a liaison between executives and technology groups. From 2009 to 2012, Niels was the IT Manager at ROUTH CRABTREE OLSEN, P.S., where they managed a team and implemented IT solutions to address security threats. Additionally, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Cloudworks / Atticus Hosted Computing and Trailer Park, where they designed and maintained systems and provided support for clients. Earlier in their career, Niels served as a Network Administrator at Film Garden Entertainment, Inc. and as a Technical Support Rep / Quality Assurance Tester at Activision.

Niels Eike began their education at Occidental College in 1995 and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations (DWA) in 1999. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they have also obtained two certifications. In November 2017, they received the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT. In May 2021, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum.org.
