Jeff Johns

Senior Vice President, Creative at Seed Strategy

Jeff Johns has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jeff started their career as a Jr. Art Director at Schafer Condon Carter in 1997 before moving on to work as a Graphic Designer at Marsh from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Seed Strategy as an Art Director, eventually working their way up to the role of Senior Vice President, Creative. During this time, they focused on leading strategic visualization for Fortune 500 companies, including packaging, branding, shelf aisle optimization, and prototype development. In 2015, they became a Board Member at AAF Cincinnati, where they served for two years. Additionally, Jeff is a talented fine artist and photographer. Jeff has worked on breakthrough innovation for Fortune 500 companies and has completed numerous commission-based paintings. Their recent accolades include being awarded a mural project from Delta Corporate.

Jeff Johns attended Covington Catholic from 1991 to 1995, where they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Jeff then attended CAD - Cincinnati Academy of Design from 1995 to 1997, earning a Portfolio degree in Illustration, Design, and Advertising. From 2002 to 2003, Jeff attended GateWay Community College, but did not receive a degree. During this time, they focused on Flash and Advanced Flash Courses. Finally, from 2009 to 2014, they attended Thomas More University and obtained a BBA degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
