At Seed Wellbeing we are redefining how organisations approach mental health, leadership and workplace culture.

As a collective team of experts, we help businesses move beyond tick-box wellbeing and towards strategic, human-centred support that creates real cultural change from the inside out.

Our unique multidisciplinary approach brings together mental health, suicide prevention, leadership development, mindfulness, movement, nutrition, financial wellbeing and mindset coaching, offering organisations a more connected and impactful wellbeing experience.

At the heart of Seed is one mission:

🌱 Authentic Connection

Founded by multi award-winning wellbeing expert Hannah Murray, Seed Wellbeing® was created from both professional expertise and lived experience, with a vision to challenge outdated wellbeing approaches and raise the standard of support available across workplaces, education and communities.

Through our trademark framework, we support organisations with:
• Leadership Development & Team Training
• MHFA Training and Suicide Prevention
• Workplace Wellbeing Strategy

Because wellbeing should never sit on the side-lines of business strategy. It should shape the culture people work within every single day.
