Mary Ann Lambert

Mary Ann Lambert is a seasoned development officer with extensive experience in major gift cultivation, strategic planning, and building external partnerships. They served in various roles, including Youth Volunteer Corps Director at Ann Arbor YMCA and Development Associate at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washtenaw County, where they significantly increased volunteer engagement and fundraising success. Between 2013 and 2018, they excelled as Associate Director of Events at Virginia Mason Medical Center, managing major fundraising initiatives that collectively raised over $2 million annually. Currently, they hold the position of Fund Development Manager at SouthEast Effective Development (SEED) while pursuing a BA in Political Science at the University of Michigan and a certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Washington.
