Maythe Jareda

Maythe Jareda has a diverse work experience starting from 2015 as a Business Owner at Ojalá Comfort Food, where they oversaw company development and establishment. They then worked as a Customer Service representative at FinalStraw in 2018. Maythe then moved on to QuanticMind in 2016, starting as a Business Developer and later being promoted to Senior Business Developer. At Unity Technologies in 2018, Maythe worked in Strategic Accounts, cultivating long-term relationships with industry professionals and customers. They then worked as the Head of Business Development at My Wine Society Inc. and Brightback in 2019 and 2020 respectively. They developed partnerships and focused on customer retention and experience. In 2019, Maythe worked in Sales Business Development at Rippling, managing team payroll, benefits, and apps. For the past year, since July 2022, Maythe has been working at Pathrise Talent as a Talent Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Talent Management at Seed2C, starting their role in February 2023.

Maythe Jareda attended the Universidad de Guadalajara from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Licenciatura in Diseño gráfico, also known as a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
