Max Flanigan

Max Flanigan is the Group CEO of SeedCloud, founder of Noble Five, and serves as the executive director for NearbySky, Agent AI, and StackMarks. They previously held the role of VP, Strategic Solutions at Lexer (2018–2025), where they helped Lexer expand into the leading Retail CDXP, win back-to-back industry awards, and gain #1 market share position in AU. Before that, they were Head of Product & Technology for Amobee, developing media products, managing platform teams, and driving ad-tech for Optus, which led to the Turn DSP acquisition by Singtel for $310M. Their early career in the UK began as a digital developer, before retraining as a certified project manager. They earned a BSc from De Montfort University (1998–2002).
