Tom Lightbody

Tom Lightbody is an accomplished Growth Manager at SeedLegals since March 2021, leading a team focused on Share Options & Valuations, R&D, Exit (M&A), and Subscriptions within the Asia-Pacific region. Tom has extensive experience in formulating strategies and establishing KPIs and OKRs to drive team performance. Previous roles include Options Team Lead and (Sr.) Share Options Associate at SeedLegals, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams and performing statistical analysis for share valuations. Tom has contributed to the DAFNE Project for the European Union and served as Head of Business Initiative at The Aberdeen Law Project. Tom holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Strathclyde Business School and an LLB in Law from the University of Aberdeen.
