Seedling & Star is a research and advisory studio focused on how judgment forms — and fails — inside complex systems.

We work at the intersection of education, AI, and governance to understand a critical shift:

The future is not about making better decisions.
It is about preserving the conditions that make judgment possible.

Our work explores judgment as a relational process — emerging between people under conditions of uncertainty, not stored within individuals.

Through frameworks, live labs, and advisory partnerships, we help organizations design for:
• Deliberative capacity
• Structural pause
• Co-regulation and stability under pressure

Because when these conditions collapse, systems don’t just fail—
they lose the ability to judge.
