Rachel Patrick has extensive experience in program data management and student support within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Program Data at NJ SEEDS since March 2011, Rachel has held multiple roles including Admissions and Placement Officer and Alumni Relations Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager/Network Coordinator at Friends' Health Connection and as a Bilingual Shelter Advocate/Supportive Housing Case Manager at YWCA of Eastern Union County. Additionally, Rachel worked as an Inside Sales Representative at SHI. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Women's and Gender Studies and Spanish from Rutgers University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
