Established in 2018, Seeds Care has been providing bespoke, person-centred care and support across Kent for over 7 years. We support people aged 16-65 with a range of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), challenging behaviours and mental health disorders, with the aim of making lifelong changes and enriching lives.

At Seeds Care, we believe in a person-centred approach to care. Our ethos revolves around empowerment, ensuring service users are supported and encouraged to make their own choices and gain independence to reach their full potential.

We provide supported living and outreach services across Thanet, Dover and Deal that are bespoke and tailored specifically to the individual’s needs. The services we offer include:
