Caley Horner

Caley Horner is a transformation-focused leader with over 18 years of experience driving change within large organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at SEEK since 2025, Caley has previously held multiple leadership positions, including Automation Delivery Lead at ANZ and Senior Consultant at PwC Australia. With a strong background in strategy design and team building, Caley is passionate about integrating service design, technology, and data to enhance competitive positioning and operational efficiency. Caley holds an Applied Diploma of Financial Services from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from The University of Western Australia.
