Jaques Ostrowski

Jaques Ostrowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Regional Senior Strategy Manager at SEEK since April 2022, where responsibilities include shaping a five-year strategy and establishing annual OKRs for the APAC region. In addition to this role, Jaques holds a position as a Public Speaking Adviser and Ambassador for Kintell.com. Prior engagements include a Manager role at Strategy&, where a significant transformation and growth strategy was developed for a state-owned resources corporation, and various engineering and management positions at Sydney Water, where notable achievements include saving over $200 million in operational costs. Jaques holds dual MBA degrees from London Business School and AGSM @ UNSW Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry from UNSW and a certification in Organisational Coaching from IECL.
