Leonard Lam

Leonard Lam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, recruitment, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Account Manager at SEEK since May 2025, Leonard co-founded Party One Hong Kong Limited in November 2016, where Leonard holds the title of Director. Leonard has also worked as a Sales and Service Specialist at ait Solutions, focusing on AI-driven business success, and as a Managing Consultant at DNA Recruit Partners from October 2021 to May 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Recruitment at Golden HR from January 2021 to October 2021. Leonard holds a BBA in Business and Hospitality from Northwood University and a Swiss Higher Diploma in International Hotel Management from École Hôtelière de Montreux, both earned from January to December 2009.
