Adrian Ott

Adrian Ott has a diverse background in engineering and project management. Adrian currently holds the position of Senior Engineering Program Manager at Seek Thermal since October 2021. Prior to this, Adrian served as an Engineering Project Manager at Rantec Power Systems, Inc. from June 2018 to October 2021.

In 2016, Adrian worked at Gavial Engineering & Manufacturing Inc. as a Project Engineer, where they excelled in managing projects related to Nuclear, Military, and Aerospace sectors. Adrian supported the company as both a mechanical and manufacturing engineer, reviewing designs, developing fabrication and test plans, researching new processes, and creating technical support documentation. Adrian was also responsible for cultivating the manufacturing infrastructure for deploying new manufacturing processes in new business areas. Adrian worked with Gavial Engineering & Manufacturing Inc. until June 2018.

From 2010 to 2016, Adrian served at Lockheed Martin in various roles. Adrian started as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer from June 2015 to November 2016, where they contributed to the manufacturing processes and operations. Earlier, they worked as a Machine Shop Manager (Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor) from August 2010 to June 2015, overseeing the personnel in a fast-paced development CNC machine shop. Their responsibilities included operating a 5-axis gantry router for aircraft composite panel trimming, foam tooling cutting, scheduling, purchasing, and reporting on all CNC manufacturing areas.

Adrian began their career in 2003 at AME Unmanned Air Systems. Adrian initially worked as a Manufacturing Engineer III from October 2003 to June 2015, specializing in fabrication for the Desert Hawk UAV. Adrian performed composite layups, small parts assembly, and utilized jigs to build foam airplanes. Adrian also briefly held the position of UAV Fabricator from June 2003 to October 2003.

Adrian Ott earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Adrian also obtained an Associate Membership from the Project Management Institute in August 2018. Additionally, Adrian has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Lockheed Martin, although the specific details of when and where they obtained this certification are unknown.
