Adrian Ott has a diverse background in engineering and project management. Adrian currently holds the position of Senior Engineering Program Manager at Seek Thermal since October 2021. Adrian began their career in 2003 at AME Unmanned Air Systems. Adrian initially worked as a Manufacturing Engineer III from October 2003 to June 2015, specializing in fabrication for the Desert Hawk UAV. Adrian performed composite layups, small parts assembly, and utilized jigs to build foam airplanes. Adrian also briefly held the position of UAV Fabricator from June 2003 to October 2003.

Adrian Ott earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Adrian also obtained an Associate Membership from the Project Management Institute in August 2018. Additionally, Adrian has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Lockheed Martin, although the specific details of when and where they obtained this certification are unknown.
