Gal Oz

Gal Oz has worked in the IT industry since 2012. In that time, they have held a variety of roles. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Technical Support Engineer at IBM, where they provided technical support via email, chat, and telephone to end customers of Trusteer-Rapport protection plugin. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Technical Support Engineer at Zerto, where they diagnosed and resolved IT issues, configuration related issues, and reported to Dev regarding issues found in the code. Since 2018, they have been an Automation Developer at Powtoon, where they maintain, expands, and continues developing PowToons QA-automation systems. Currently, they also maintain their Jenkins pipelines and bash scripts for smooth CI/CD setups. In 2020, they began working at Seemplicity as an Automation and DevOps.

Gal Oz completed a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University between 2007 and 2011. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Philosophy from the same university between 2011 and 2014.
