Alex Smith currently serves as the Head of Operations at Seen Presents since September 2025, following a distinguished tenure at Amplify where Alex held multiple roles, including Head of Operations, Creative Operations Director, EVP Operations, and Head of Live from April 2019 to January 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Group Account Director and Account Director at Heart Productions from August 2016 to April 2019 and as Account Manager and Producer at Jack Morton Worldwide from September 2013 to August 2016. Alex began a career in the arts as an Assistant Producer at Curve Theatre from July 2008 to September 2013, contributing significantly to the development of the artistic programme. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Drama from the University of Bristol, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
