Jennifer Lee has worked in the beauty industry for over 10 years. Jennifer began their career in 2011 as a Sales Manager at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, where they employed robust communication skills to coach a sales team and initiate client relationships. In 2016, they became Store Manager at Bluemercury, leveraging their leadership abilities to drive daily store operations and execute store opening/closing procedures, including inventory inspections and cash drawer audits. Jennifer also supervised an in-house esthetician and maintained store KPIs. In 2021, they moved to Ulta Beauty as Service Manager and in 2022, they became General Manager at SmileDirectClub and Regional Sales Manager at SEEN Hair Care.
Jennifer Lee obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and Development from LBCC in Long Beach, CA in 2011. Jennifer also obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Communications from LBCC in 2011. Jennifer also has a certification in Holistic Energy Healing from Reiki.

SEEN Hair Care
SEEN is a luxury hair care line developed by Dr. Iris Rubin, a Harvard-trained dermatologist, for people desiring beautiful hair AND skin. Dr. Rubin started SEEN because she was frustrated with breaking out on her face after getting her hair done. She soon realized that her hair products were causing her breakouts. SEEN’s patented formulas apply skin science to hair care and are clinically proven to be non-irritating and not clog pores. Consistent with our mission of helping people feel better about being SEEN, we support laser clinics in developing countries that treat children with disfiguring birthmarks and scars, addressing significant medical issues and helping kids to feel better about being “seen” in the world.
