Young Oh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In their recent role as Vice President of Manufacturing Business Development at Seertech Solutions, they led solution consultation to global manufacturing firms in order to optimize workforce enablement and achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.

Prior to that, Young worked at Texas Instruments for several years in various roles. As the Director of Talent Development, they spearheaded the Global Learning and Training team and focused on building employee capability and engagement. Young also served as a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff, where they provided mentorship and coaching to drive innovation and execution. Additionally, Young held the position of Quality Engineering Supervisor and empowered a team to monitor manufacturing line quality and improve problem-solving skills.

Before joining Texas Instruments, Young worked at Maxim Integrated Products. Young served as a Senior Process Engineer and implemented systematic programs to reduce scraps and increase product yield. Young mentored new engineers and achieved record yield for Maxim. Young also held roles as a Process Engineer, where they developed new process integration schemes, and as a Process Engineer on the Fab production line.

Throughout their career, Young has demonstrated their expertise in manufacturing, talent development, process engineering, and quality improvement.

Young Oh has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Austin College, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Young then pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2002 to 2008. Additionally, Young Oh conducted research in Physics at the University of North Texas in 1998 and in Civil Engineering at the University of Oklahoma in 1997. Currently, their education history does not provide information about the completion of a degree at The University of Texas at Dallas and returning to Austin College.
