David Phillips

David Phillips serves as a Senior Managing Director at Providence Equity Partners since August 2005. In addition to this role, David is active on several boards, including Asurion, STEMscopes by Accelerate Learning, Inc., Seesaw Learning, Tenstreet, LLC, TimeClock Plus, and Worldwide Express, all held from various start dates to the present. Prior experience includes a board position at N2Y until April 2023 and at Anthology Inc. until August 2022, as well as a board role at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. from February 2018 to July 2022. David earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School between 2003 and 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Princeton University from 1995 to 1999.
