Scott Powell is an experienced FPGA System Designer and Manager at SeeScan since May 2012, specializing in FPGA system design, vendor selection, and real-time image processing. Prior to this role, Scott served as a Senior Digital Design Engineer at Motorola from May 2007 to June 2012, focusing on FPGA design for HD and SD video compression systems and collaborating with DSP engineers. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between September 2003 and March 2007.
