Dawne Bowes

Dawne Bowes is the founder of Aim 2 Inspire, a not-for-profit social enterprise established in January 2012, focused on mentoring and training to enhance the aspirations and achievements of disadvantaged children and families while promoting youth work. Additionally, since February 2014, Dawne has served as a Personal Advisor at Seetec, providing one-on-one support and training to job seekers and ESA clients while managing a portfolio of over 50 clients. Prior experience includes a mentoring role at Standguide Ltd from March 2009 to September 2011, where Dawne assisted young individuals aged 18 to 24 in obtaining work experience and delivered relevant training. Dawne completed a high school education at Whitefield High School in Bristol, graduating with CSEs in multiple subjects.
