Сергій Стародубець

Сергій Стародубець is an experienced professional in IT and telecommunications, having held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. They served as a technical deputy director at Філія ГІОЦ АТ "Укрзалізниця" from 2018 to 2019, where they developed and supported operational policies aligned with ITIL processes. Prior to that, Сергій worked as a leading software engineer in various capacities at Utel and Ukrtelecom from 2003 to 2014. Currently, Сергій is employed as a leading engineer at Seeton, continuing to contribute to technical development and project management. They hold a specialist degree in automatic telecommunications from Odessa National Telecommunications Academy, earned in 1998.
