For Jobseekers: With the job market constantly changing, we understand thinking about searching for a job, finding steady employment or quality training can be overwhelming and scary. Thankfully, Sefton@Work has been supporting families for nearly 20 years, to enter the workforce or pursue training opportunities. Our free service is designed to support workless residents of Sefton and help everyone, not just people who are job ready. This includes:
1. People that have complex barriers to employment
2. People who have limited or no work history
3. People who are accessing support from other Council departments
By registering with us, you can access an abundance of resources and expertise to help you on the path to success.

For Employers: We are Sefton Council’s in-house job brokerage service, and act as an intermediary between local businesses looking to find new staff and our unemployed residents that are looking for work.
By supporting your business to fill your vacancies, you assist us towards our goal to reduce unemployment within our borough and make Sefton a great place to live, work and do business.
