Vivi Aarestrup Moustsen is currently the Chief Scientist at SEGES Innovation, where they focus on research and development related to competitive pen designs for loose housed sows and milk production by sows. They previously served as a Research Scientist at the Danish Institute of Agricultural Science from 1994 to 2001 and have held the position of Chief Scientist at the Pig Research Centre, Danish Agriculture & Food Council from 2001 to 2025.
