Guowei Chen is the Executive Director and General Manager of SEGGER Microcontroller in China since October 2020, with a robust background in sales and application engineering across various technology companies. Previous roles include Sales Manager at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. and several positions at AATI, where Guowei managed teams and focused on business development and key account management in regions including North and East China. Guowei also served as China Sales Manager at IAR Systems, achieving significant revenue growth, and held key sales roles at ams AG and Pegasus Technologies. Guowei holds a Bachelor's degree in Instrument Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA in Business Administration from Royal Roads University, graduating with a high GPA.
