Casper Bast

Casper Bast has been serving as a Teamleider at Gemeente Oss since 1991, overseeing integral management in areas such as data management, functional control, and document management. Responsibilities include financial process controls, contributions to the budget cycle, and advancements in digitalization and document management systems. Additionally, Casper has experience in planning and control within financial administration and project coordination. Since January 2017, Casper has also been active as a Docent at SEGMENT. Educational qualifications include a degree in Bedrijfseconomie from HEAO, completed between 1982 and 1985, and an Atheneum degree from Maaslandcollege, attained from 1976 to 1982.
