Elles Verschoor

Elles Verschoor is an experienced educational professional with a robust background in various roles within the primary education sector. Currently serving as a Kwaliteitsmedewerker and Intern Begeleider at Talent Primair since September 2021, and also as an Intern Begeleider at OBS De Linde since July 2019, Elles specializes in coordinating and implementing care policies in schools. Previous roles include Training at SEGMENT, where course development focused on supporting students requiring additional assistance and managing classroom workload. From September 2019 to September 2021, Elles contributed as a Policy Advisor for the Vereniging Openbaar Onderwijs, advocating for inclusive education. Earlier experience includes a temporary position as an Intern Begeleider at Stichting OPO-R and a Project Researcher at Spirit Jeugd en Opvoedhulp, where innovative interventions were developed based on research into youth and family security. With a Master of Science in Education from the University of Amsterdam and several degrees in Education, Elles has held leadership roles as a Principal in multiple primary schools and started as a teacher from 1992.
