Lydia Schiphorst has a diverse work experience. Lydia started their career in 2007 at fischerAppelt, where they worked as a Senior Manager for twelve years. In 2019, they became a freelancer before joining segmenta communications GmbH in 2020 as the Director of Corporate Communications / Unitlead.

Lydia Schiphorst pursued their education from 1999 to 2001 at CinemaxX AG, where they obtained a degree in Werbekauffrau. Following this, they attended Leuphana University of Lüneburg from 2001 to 2006, earning a Magister degree in Angewandte Kulturwissenschaften.
