Ken Condon

Ken Condon is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Channel Director (Master Agency) at Segmentify since January 2017. As the Founder and CEO of ECERGE, a real-time personalization consultancy firm, Ken brings expertise in optimizing customer journeys. Involved in the eCommerce Association of Ireland as a Co-Founder since May 2017, Ken contributes to the growth of the eCommerce sector. Additionally, Ken has a long-standing commitment to coaching and playing rugby at Coolmine Rugby Club, achieving several titles and accolades. Formerly, as the Country Manager for Retail Rocket Europe, Ken managed operations in Ireland and the UK. Ken's educational background includes a BSc in Digital Technology from Technological University Dublin and additional certifications in Growth Hacking and Information Technology Project Management.
