Carol Testa

Carol Testa is a retired telecom professional with over 15 years of experience in outside plant facilities and project management. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Fiber Engineering at Segra, where they develop and manage a team of Network Planners and coordinate with various departments to optimize network projects. Previously, Carol held positions at RJE Telecom and Verizon, where they contributed to engineering plans and network operations. Carol earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
