Carter Brown

Carter Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and account management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior National Account Executive at Segra since March 2012, Carter specializes in new sales and account management of transport, CAP, and co-location services, fostering relationships with carriers and wireless providers on the Mid-Atlantic fiber network. Previously, Carter held the position of Major Account Manager at NTELOS from March 2006 to February 2012 and worked as the Director of Business Solutions at ALLTEL from June 1991 to February 2006. Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Illinois State University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
