Cheryl Thibodeaux

Cheryl Thibodeaux is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Service Delivery and Project Management at Segra since January 2019, Cheryl has previously held various leadership roles, including Director of Service Implementation and Manager of Project Coordination. Prior to Segra, Cheryl worked at Spirit Communications as Manager of Project Coordination and at Windstream Communications where responsibilities included Director of Service Delivery, Senior Consultant of Service Delivery, and Enterprise Product Marketing roles. Additional experience includes managing order coordination at NewSouth Communications. Cheryl possesses strong skills in gap analysis, process integration, training program establishment, and cross-departmental collaboration to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
