Michael Lopez

Michael Lopez is a skilled telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network operations and engineering. Currently serving as an NOC Engineer I at Segra since March 2024, Michael previously held the position of Switch Technician at T-Mobile from June 2016 to March 2024, where responsibilities included installation and provisioning of Alcatel Lucent routers and performing backhaul cutovers. Prior roles include Field Engineer at WAVSYS, working on Ericsson and Nokia projects, and installations at Mycom and WFI. Michael began a career in customer service and creative roles at Apple and Storyboard Dreams, and started in telecommunications as a Quality Assurance Technician and Lead Field Technician in earlier positions with TPS and COMFORCE.
