Quentin Hines

Quentin Hines is a seasoned Network Architect at Segra since May 2020, contributing to cost reduction and advancing network capabilities through innovative designs. Previously, Quentin held various roles at Spectrum Enterprise from May 2015 to May 2020, including IP Network Engineer and Network Engineer 3, focusing on core router installation and maintenance, configuration of services, and troubleshooting network interfaces. Earlier experience includes Advanced Product Support Specialist at Time Warner Cable Media, where Quentin provided support for network services, and teaching positions in mathematics at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and PGCPS. Initial experience as a Network Engineer at the Central Intelligence Agency involved architecting robust network solutions, with earlier work at Nortel Networks regarding software upgrades. Quentin earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fayetteville State University, graduating in 1998.
