Rick Brannon

Rick Brannon is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in telecommunications and network engineering. Since retiring in November 2024, Rick spent over a decade at Segra as Project Manager III, overseeing network enhancement and fiber optic upgrades. Prior roles include managing low latency microwave networks for High Frequency Trading customers at CIC, as well as independent contracting for microwave network deployments. Earlier in Rick's career, significant contributions were made as RF Engineering Manager at both ATT Wireless and Cingular Wireless, where responsibilities included site acquisition, planning, and coordinating engineering efforts to implement RF plans.
