Director, Enterprise Finance at Segra

Seth Krisnow has a diverse and extensive work experience. Seth started their career in 2006 with Stock Building Supply as a Management Trainee and Outside Sales Representative, where they gained experience in inventory and supply logistics, inside sales, and team leadership. After completing the company's Management Training Program, they became an Outside Sales Representative in Richmond, VA, where they excelled in cultivating customer relationships, developing promotions, and achieving monthly sales quotas.

In 2008, Seth joined Segra, where they held various roles and steadily progressed in their career. Seth started as a Government Account Consultant, contributing to the company's growth by assisting with large RFPs and building strong customer relationships. Seth consistently exceeded annual sales objectives during their tenure.

Seth was later promoted to Sales Engineer II, providing strategic sales support and technical expertise for government and enterprise accounts. Their notable accomplishments include winning the company's largest contract and increasing the completion of customized quotes by optimizing sales management software utilization.

Subsequently, Seth became a Product Manager, Voice, responsible for managing the short- and long-term strategy of a rapidly growing $22M voice product suite during Segra's merger with Lumos Networks. Seth led various aspects, including business development, product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, competitor research, and go-to-market plans.

Continuing their upward trajectory, they became a Product Manager, Strategy and Analytics, where they played a pivotal role in designing analytics capabilities post-merger to support Segra's product suite growth. Seth developed reports for resource allocation, marketing budgets, and sales quotas, and was involved in audience identification, presentation development, and building persuasive RFPs.

In their most recent role as Senior Product Manager, Collaboration, Seth led the transition from product development to product management for a $50M stack of voice products. Seth created strategies to offset decreasing revenue from legacy infrastructure products and successfully transitioned clients to fiber telecommunications. Seth designed product lifecycle roadmaps and improved operational efficiencies through cross-functional workflow alignment.

Currently, Seth works as the Director of Enterprise Finance at Segra, supporting the CFO organization through financial analysis, insights, margin assurance, and benchmarking. Seth focuses on operating cash flow, net working capital, financial health metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Seth Krisnow obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Law from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business in 2005. Seth then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance & International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business from 2017 to 2019. In addition, Seth Krisnow has obtained various certifications in different fields, including CC-One Certified Administration, Professional Design Specialist- APDS -Avaya Enterprise Team Engagement Solutions, NSE 2 Security Sales Associate, NSE 3 Security Sales Associate, and NSE 1 Security Sales Associate.
