Tom Hall

Tom Hall possesses extensive experience in network operations and management, currently serving as a Manager at Segra since January 2019. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at Lumos Networks as Sr Manager of the Network Operations Center, where responsibilities included network surveillance, change management, quality solutions, and operational support systems. Tom's career includes significant roles such as Director of Optical Network Operations and NOC Manager at AboveNet, as well as managerial positions at MFN, Worldcom, MCI, Novadyne Computer Systems, Mcdonell Douglas Field Service Company, and Tymnet. Tom's technical foundation was established through education at RETS Electronics Schools from 1982 to 1984.
