Raja M is a Senior Team Leader (L6) with over a decade of experience in the automobile industry, specializing in Manufacturing Engineering and Lean principles. Currently, Raja works at SEGULA Technologies, following a role as Assistant Manager at UNITECH PLASTO COMPONENTS PRIVATE LIMITED and previous positions at Ford Motor Company where key achievements included leading teams towards production targets and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices.
